Works affecting: (i) a building listed under Part 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 or Part 3 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 ; (ii) an ancient monument scheduled under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 or a monument scheduled under Part 2 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 ; or (iii) any archaeological site.
