Works affecting: (i) a site of special scientific interest of which notification has been given or has effect as if given under section 28(1) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 ; (ii) an area within 2 kilometres of such a site of special scientific interest and of which notification has been given to the local planning authority; or (iii) land declared to be a national nature reserve under section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981; or a marine nature reserve designated under section 36 of that Act.
