Sch 7 para 19
The Secretary of State shall not be obliged by virtue of paragraph 13, 16 or 17 to serve upon anyone more than one copy of the same document; and where anyone has confirmed to the Secretary of State in writing that he does not wish to be served with a copy of, or a copy of any part of, a document that the Secretary of State is required to serve upon him by virtue of those paragraphs, the Secretary of State shall not be required to serve upon him that document or the relevant part of it.
