Where the proposed order would authorise any of the matters described in rule 14(7)(a) or (b), the Secretary of State shall, forthwith after the publication date, display one or more of the notices in the form of Form 3 in Schedule 2 to these Rules in accordance with the requirements of rule 14(7).
