Where the proposed order provides for the discontinuance of railway passenger or tramway services in the circumstances described in rule 14(8), the Secretary of State shall, forthwith after the publication date, display one or more notices in the form of Form 4 in Schedule 2 to these Rules in accordance with the requirements of rule 14(8).
