reg 1 Title, application and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (England) (No.2) Regulations 2006 and apply to England only. (2) Regulation 38(c) comes into force on 30th September 2006 and the remaining provisions come into force on 10th October 2006.
