reg 1 Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force— (a) as respects all regulations except for regulations 19, 23 to 26, 29, and 34 on 10th April 2006; and (b) as respects regulations 19, 23 to 26, 29 and 34 on 1st October 2006.
