reg 9 Further safety certificate
(1) Before the expiry of a safety certificate the holder of that safety certificate may apply to the Office of Rail and Road for a further safety certificate to be issued for the operation in question. (2) An application for a further safety certificate shall set out particulars of any changes to any information sent to the Office of Rail and Road in respect of the operation in question which remains relevant to that operation. (3) Regulations 7(1)(c) and 7(2) to (4) shall apply to an application for and the issuing of a further safety certificate as they apply to an application for and the issuing of a first safety certificate under regulation 7.
