Information on the— (a) relevant statutory provisions which make provision in relation to safety which are applicable to the operation; and (b) technical specifications and procedures relating to operations and maintenance that are relevant to the safety of the transport system which the applicant proposes to follow, and an explanation of how compliance with these requirements is ensured by the safety management system.
