reg 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Highways (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 26 th April 2007. (2) In these Regulations “the 1980 Act ” means the Highways Act 1980 .
