reg 15A Co-ordination
Where, in respect of a regulated activity, there is a requirement to carry out— (a) an environmental impact assessment; and (b) an assessment under any law of any part of the United Kingdom that implemented the Habitats Directive or the Wild Birds Directive, the appropriate authority must, where appropriate, ensure that the assessments are co-ordinated.
