Sch 4 para 8 Availability of scoping opinions for inspection
(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the appropriate authority must ensure that, as soon as possible after being sent to the applicant, its scoping opinion is— (a) publicised in such a manner as it considers appropriate; and (b) in the case of an activity requiring regulatory approval under the 1985 Act or the 2009 Act , made available on the relevant Public Register. (2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not require disclosure of any excluded information.
