reg 49 Supply of the financial guarantee
For the purposes of Article 4(5), third paragraph, the notifier must supply— (a) the financial guarantee or equivalent insurance; or (b) evidence of that guarantee or insurance or a declaration certifying its existence, as part of the notification document at the time of notification or, with the consent of the competent authority, at any other time before the waste is shipped.
