reg 54 Falsely obtaining consent etc.
A person commits an offence if, for the purpose of obtaining consent to a shipment or approval of a financial guarantee or equivalent insurance, he— (a) makes any statement or declaration that he knows to be false or misleading; or (b) endeavours to obtain such consent or approval by deception.
