Sch 5 para 1A Powers under the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997
For the purposes of enforcing the Community Regulation and these Regulations, a person on whom the powers in Article 72 of the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 are conferred may exercise those powers in the Northern Irish area.
