In regulation 13 (Projects affecting other States)— (a) in paragraph (2), in sub-paragraph (a)(i), after “a copy of the application for consent” omit “in respect of the proposed pipe-line works”; and (b) in paragraph (5), after “a particular application for consent” omit “under these Regulations”.
