In regulation 8 (Availability of directions, determinations etc for inspection)— (a) for “regulation 3(3) above or” substitute “regulation 3(3) above,”; and (b) after “regulation 6(1) above,”, insert— or an opinion given in response to a request made pursuant to regulation 7(1) above (pre-application requests to the Secretary of State for an opinion as to content of environmental statement),
