reg 11 Consultation with workers
In consulting with workers in accordance with regulation 20 of the General Duties Regulations, workers or their representatives shall be consulted on matters covered by regulations 6 to 10 of these Regulations and in particular on— (a) the assessment of risk under the provisions of regulation 6; (b) measures taken to eliminate or reduce risks arising from exposure to noise in accordance with regulation 7; and (c) the choice of individual hearing protectors in accordance with regulation 8.
