reg 10 Consultation with workers
In consulting with workers in accordance with regulation 20 of the General Duties Regulations, workers or their representatives shall be consulted on— (a) the assessments, measurements and findings of the risk assessment in accordance with regulation 6; (b) measures taken to eliminate workplace vibration in accordance with regulation 7; (c) the provision of worker information instruction and training in accordance with regulation 8; and (d) the arrangements for health surveillance in accordance with regulation 9.
