reg 116 Amendment of section 19
In section 19 (regulations with respect to the register)— (a) in subsection (1), for “The Council” substitute “ Subject to subsection (1A), the Council ” ; and (b) after subsection (1) insert— (1A) Regulations under this section shall not prescribe fees in respect of registration in the list mentioned in section 14(1A)(c).
