reg 134 Amendment of Schedule 4A
In Schedule 4A (registration appeals: dental care professionals register), in paragraph 2(1)— (a) after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) a decision under Part 3 of the General Systems Regulations to require an exempt person to complete an adaptation period, or pass an aptitude test, in connection with becoming entitled by virtue of that Part of those Regulations to practise in the United Kingdom as a member of one of the professions mentioned in section 36C(3)(b); (b) after paragraph (h) insert— ; and (i) a decision not to register a person's name under a particular title in the dental care professionals register under section 36Z3 (visiting dental care professionals from relevant European States).
