In article 10 (renewal of registration and readmission)— (a) in paragraph (1), for “Where a person” substitute “ Subject to paragraph (6), where a person ” ; and (b) after paragraph (5) add— (6) This article does not apply to a visiting nurse or midwife from a relevant European State.
