In the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) Rules 2004 , in rule 3 (fees), in the table— (a) in the entry in column (2) of row (b), for “13(1)(a) or (b)” substitute “ 13(1)(a), (b), (c), (e) or (f) ” ; (b) in the entry in column (2) of row (c), for “13(1)(c)” substitute “ 13(1)(d) ” ; and (c) in the entry in column (2) of row (d), after “13(1)(c)” substitute “ or (d) ” .
