In section 10 (general provisions as to registers and lists)— (a) in subsection (1)(c), for “prescribing” substitute “ subject to subsection (1ZA), prescribing ” ; and (b) after subsection (1) insert— (1ZA) Rules under subsection (1) may not make provision for the payment of fees in connection with registration in a register maintained under section 8B.
