In section 29 (provision as to death or bankruptcy of registered optician), after subsection (2) insert— (2A) In subsections (1) and (2)— “ registered optometrist ” does not include a person registered in the register maintained under section 8B(1)(a); “ registered dispensing optician ” does not include a person registered in the register maintained under section 8B(1)(b).
