reg 249 Amendment of section 7
In section 7 (rules about registration)— (a) in paragraph (b), for “for registration or” substitute “ under section 4(1) for registration or applying ” ; and (b) in paragraph (c), after “removal from the register” insert “ under section 5A(6) or ” .
