In section 46 (grant or refusal of registration under Part 3)— (a) in subsection (1), after “application” insert “ under section 45(1) of this Act ” ; (b) in subsection (2)(c), for “subsection (4) below” substitute “ section 46B of this Act ” ; and (c) omit subsections (4) to (7).
