reg 269 Amendment of article 8
In article 8 (access to register etc), in paragraph (5)— (a) for “EEA State” substitute “ relevant European State ” ; and (b) for “the relevant Directive” substitute “ the relevant provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7th September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications , as those provisions are amended from time to time ” .
