reg 81 Amendment of article 21
In article 21 (the Register of Pharmacy Technicians), for paragraph (2)(b) substitute— (b) shall be divided into three parts, and— (i) the first part shall be known as “ Part 1 – Practising Pharmacy Technicians ”, (ii) the second part shall be known as “ Part 2 – Non-practising Pharmacy Technicians ”, and (iii) the third part shall be known as “ Part 3 – Visiting Pharmacy Technicians from relevant European States ”.
