In section 15A (provisional registration for EEA nationals)— (a) in the heading, after “EEA nationals” insert “ etc ” ; (b) in subsections (1), (2) and (3)(a), for “an EEA State” substitute “ a relevant European State ” ; (c) in subsection (3)(b), for “a right conferred by article 11 of Regulation (EEC) No 1612/68 , or any other enforceable Community right” substitute “ any enforceable Community right ” ; and (d) in subsection (5), for “Article 23, paragraph 1(a), (b) and (c) of Directive 93/16/EEC ” substitute “ paragraph 3(a), (b) and (c) of article 24 of the Directive (basic medical training)& ” .
