reg 23 Amendments to the Community Legal Service (Financial) Regulations 2000
In regulation 43, for paragraph (5) substitute— (5) The amount of the charge created by section 10(7) of the Act shall not include reasonable costs incurred by the supplier in accordance with his statutory obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 .
