Sch 3 para 56 Equalisation reserves
The amount of any equalisation reserve maintained in respect of general business by the company, in accordance with the rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority under Part 10 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 , must be determined in accordance with such rules.
