Sch 8 para 4 Single total figure of remuneration for each director
(1) The directors’ remuneration report must, for the relevant financial year, for each person who has served as a director of the company at any time during that year, set out in a table in the form set out in paragraph 5 (“the single total figure table”) the information prescribed by paragraphs 6 and 7 below. (2) The report may set out in separate tables the information to be supplied in respect of directors who perform executive functions and those who do not. (3) Unless otherwise indicated the sums set out in the table are those in respect of the relevant financial year and relate to the director’s performance of, or agreement to perform, qualifying services.
