In section 127 (general offences)— (a) subsection (1) were omitted; (b) in subsection (2)— (i) in paragraph (a), after “Part 7” insert “as modified by the Insurance Accounts Directive (Miscellaneous Insurance Undertakings) Regulations 2008,”; (ii) omit paragraph (b) and the “or” preceding it.
