reg 137 Disclosure by Director
(1) This rule applies where activation proceedings are to be held. (2) As soon as is reasonably practicable, and in any event not less than 7 days before the time appointed for the commencement of the proceedings, the Director shall serve on the offender such of the information and documents mentioned in rule 134(2) as are in his possession.
