Sch 2 para 3 Persons ineligible for membership in particular circumstances
(1) In rule 32(6), the reference to any previous proceedings includes proceedings under any of the SDAs. (2) In rule 32(10), the reference to a person who at any time was not subject to service law applies only in relation to a time after commencement. (3) In relation to a person who at any time before commencement was not subject to military law, air-force law or NDA 1957, references in rule 32 to a unit in which the person was at that time serving are to be read as references to a unit to which he was at that time attached.
