reg 10 Exemption of the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime from procedural requirements
(1) The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 5 of the Act (exemption of public bodies from the procedural requirements and enforcement of building regulations). (2) The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime is exempt from compliance with these Regulations in so far as the requirements in these Regulations are not substantive requirements in relation to building work that is not higher-risk building work.
