reg 18D Application to the First-tier Tribunal in relation to certain decisions

(1) At least five days before making an application to the First-tier Tribunal under section 21(3) or (6), 24(2), 25(2) or (5), 33(6) or 36(3) of the Act the person proposing to make an application (“ the applicant ”) must notify the building control authority of their intention to make the application. (2) An application to the First-tier Tribunal under section 21(3) or (6), 24(2), 25(2) or (5), 33(6) or 36(3) of the Act must be made within 21 relevant days beginning with the day after the day on which the applicant notifies the building control authority under paragraph (1). (3) If the First-tier Tribunal allows an appeal it may quash or vary the decision.
