reg 47E Compliance and stop notices: withdrawal
(1) A building control authority may withdraw a compliance notice or stop notice. (2) Where a building control authority withdraws a compliance notice or stop notice it must as soon as reasonably practicable give the recipient a notice in writing to that effect.
