reg 6 Amendments to the Act
In sections 132(5)(b) and 134(6)(b) (equality of terms: special provision for arrears period in Scottish cases involving fraud, error or incapacity), for “the period of 20 years ending with that day” substitute “the period determined in accordance with section 135(6) and (7)”.
