reg 14 Access to risk areas
The employer must take appropriate measures to ensure that the areas of activity— (a) are clearly demarcated and indicated by warning signs, (b) are not accessible other than to workers who by reason of their work or duties are required to enter them, and (c) constitute areas where smoking, eating and drinking is not permitted.
