Modification of subsystems with EC or UK declaration of verification issued before IP completion day In a case of a modification, which is not a substitution in the framework of maintenance, of a subsystem covered by a UK declaration of verification, or by an EC declaration of verification issued before IP completion day, without prejudice to regulations 12 and 13, the following provisions apply.
