In paragraph 7 of Schedule 7— (a) in paragraph (1), for “regulation 38(1)”, substitute “ the definition of “multiple collection”in regulation 5(1) ” ; (b) in paragraph (2), omit the words after “these Regulations”; (c) omit paragraph (3).
