In Part 2 of Schedule 1— (a) in paragraph 1 of Section 5.1 of Chapter 5— (i) in the definition of “hazardous waste”, for “Article 4”, substitute “ Article 13 ” , (ii) in the definition of “waste”, for “Article 1(1)(a)”, substitute “ Article 3(1) ” ; (b) in paragraph (c) of Part A(1) of Section 5.3 and in paragraph 3 following that Part of that Section, for each occurrence of “Annex IIA”, substitute “ Annex I ” ; (c) in paragraph 3 following Part A(1) of Section 5.4, for “Annex IIB”, substitute “ Annex II ” .
