reg 1 Citation, commencement and revocation
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations 2012. (2) These Regulations come into force on 31st July 2012. (3) The Merchant Shipping (Accident Reporting and Investigation) Regulations 2005 are revoked and any investigation commenced under those Regulations which has not been completed shall continue as if it had been started under these Regulations.
