reg 15 Publications other than reports of safety investigations
(1) The Chief Inspector may from time to time publish collective short reports of accidents which have not been the subject of a report published under regulation 14(1). (2) The Chief Inspector may submit a report to the Secretary of State on any matter arising from the Chief Inspector's analysis of marine accident investigations.
