reg 8 Commission Regulations: designations
(1) DAERA is the national administrator designated by the United Kingdom for the purposes of the Registries Regulation 2019 , and in these Regulations is referred to in that capacity as the “registry administrator”. (2) Subject to paragraph (3), the regulator is the competent authority designated by the United Kingdom for the purposes of the Registries Regulation 2019 (other than for Articles 22(3) and 30(7)) .
