reg 33 Other minor and consequential amendments etc
(1) In article 2(2) of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (Fees) (No 1) Order 1996 (deficits to be taken into account when fixing fees: relevant functions), for “the Animals Procedure Committee” substitute “the Committee for the Protection of Animals Used for Scientific Purposes”. (2) Paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to any deficit incurred by the Animals Procedure Committee before its abolition by regulation 20 of these Regulations.
