reg 29 Disclosure of data: general
(1) A person must not disclose data collected under these regulations to any other person unless the disclosure is in accordance with regulation 29A, 30, 30A or 32. (2) It is an offence for a person to disclose, or permit the disclosure of, data otherwise than in accordance with paragraph (1). (3) A person guilty of an offence under paragraph (2) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
