(2) The Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Small Workboats and Pilot Boats) Regulations 1998 is amended as follows— (a) at the end of the first column, insert “ The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2013 ” , and (b) at the end of the second column, insert “ 2013/1785 ” .
